Heather & George Bakazias believe our journey is one of discovering how to live in harmony with ourselves, our neighbours and our Earth Mother (or Gaia). Both have studied with Seneca Indian elder Grandma Twylah Nitche, and are initiated into the Wolf Clan teaching lodge.

Heather is a registered nurse now practicing as a traditional herbalist and holistic counsellor including dietary and psycho-spiritual counselling. She leads herb workshops at the NLC and Georgian College, teaching people how to use herbs for cooking and medicine instructing people how to make their own herbal reparations using fresh local herbs.

George is an Initiated Warrior of Stuart Wilde's teachings and built the Northern Light Centre with the help of his guides. He's a student of the Tao and believes in going with the flow.
